Laura L
Registered Dental Hygienist, CIHC, LMT, Esthetician

Laura has worked in dental specialty practices throughout Massachusetts for over 25 years. She began her dental career as a certified dental assist for 10 years prior to completing dental hygiene school in Boston at Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists in 1999. In addition to her dedication in dentistry, Laura has spent many years improving clients' mind/body/ health through massage therapy, coaching, and esthetician work. This practice has afforded her the ability to bring a sense of calmness and ease to even the most anxious of patients. Laura’s strengths are rooted in a combination of skill, experience, and compassion toward making a positive difference in those she cares for. She could not choose her favorite thing about working at Main Street Dental, for its the experience as a whole. She loves the laughter of team members, the doctor's capable skills that go beyond a tooth, the sight of birds in the windows, and the care and experience she has the opportunity to provide to patients.

A mother of four, she truly enjoys living life to the fullest, being outside, attending hot yoga, playing golf, listening to live bands, dancing, hiking, cooking, spending time with her children, hanging with her dog Lily, and being near water in the warm sunshine.

Gaynor
Dental Hygienist

Gaynor grew up in Scotland and came to Boston to study at Northeastern University and Forsyth School for Dental Hygienist. She has her BS in Dental Hygiene along with her Advanced Dental Hygiene Certificate and she is certified in Ozone therapy. Having always working in family practice setting she loves the variety of working on all ages and Gaynor has the amazing ability to relate to every patient whether they are 1 or 101 years old. Gaynor is so happy to have found a place to call home here at MSD and loves being a part of the team.

Gaynor lives in Holliston with her two boys and her dog Felix. When she isn't here at Main Street Dental with her work family you can find her running, doing yoga, walking the dog and she's always sneaking a visit to see her family in Scotland when she can!

Kathleen
Certified Dental Assistant

Kathleen comes with exceptional knowledge, skill, and experience as a dental assistant of over 25 years. She specializes in patient care and making everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. Kathleen comes through the doorway day after day with a smile on her face ready to take on any challenge. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her greatest joy comes from her three beautiful daughters. Kathleen is all things genuine.

AlIssa
Certified Dental Assistant

Alissa brings with her over 18 years of dental experience. She joined Main Street Dental after having been a long-time patient herself! Working alongside her teammates while engaging and building relationships with her patients is what makes her love her profession. With a presence of positivity, Alissa brings an energy to our daily routine as well as a smile to our faces. A local gal, Alissa spends her free time with her long- time husband and their two wonderful daughters. She also enjoys staying active at the gym, playing golf, and running. We are so excited to have her with us as she brings her personal touch to caring for the people of Millis and its surrounding towns.

Jennifer
Certified Dental Assistant

Jennifer joined the Main Street Dental team with over 20 years of experience as a certified dental assistant. Her passion for dental health, coupled with her contagious, light-hearted humor brings a balanced experience of fun and ease to the office as a whole. She began her dental career earning her assisting certificate from Minuteman Technical Institute. Prior to joining Main Street Dental, she mastered skills in general and specialty practices including endodontics, and periodontics, as well as focused surgery of extractions, implants and grafts. As a dental assistant, Jennifer enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed, while also providing them with a realization of a new sense of confidence and beauty in their healthy smile. A local Medway gal and dedicated mother of three beautiful children whom are her greatest joy, you can often find her with them at various ventures around the area. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, shopping, swimming, movie marathons, walking her dogs Ca , as well a good solid nap

Rhonda
Financial Coordinator

Rhonda brings with her over a decade of experience in financial and insurance coordinating excellence. Her result-oriented knowledge, coupled with her calm demeanor assures top notch quality, adding to an enjoyable experience when she is communicating with our patients. Rhonda loves what she does and it shows, as she is often heard singing tunes throughout the day between answering phone calls and patient relations. What she enjoys most about her position at Main Street Dental is her ability to make a difference and problem-solving. A native to the Metro West area, where she still resides with her husband, and two children. She loves dogs and is the proud Momma of a Chihuahua named Weezy. Rhonda is often cheering on her children with various activities and sports. One of her favorite past times is traveling to baseball stadiums with her husband, and together they have experienced 17 stadiums thus far, with more to come in the future!

Kristin
Office Manager

Kristin, our Office Manager, mirrors Main Street Dental’s high standard of care and commitment to our patients. She is the owner of a dental consulting company, and has worked in various dental offices as a practice manager, administrator, consultant, as well as the development of start-up corporations.

She has been in the dental industry for 33 years. She specializes in strategies that integrate practice principles, technology, financial and team accountability, to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Kristin is proud to be part of creating an atmosphere that provides compassion, kindness and the best experience for our patients; believing patient care and customer service is of the utmost importance.

Kristin enjoys reading, painting, photography and taking walks. You may even catch her during her lunch stroll, from time to time. Her greatest joy however, is spending time with her husband of 38 years, her children and 4 grandchildren.
